Our Contract and Health Guarantee
Your puppy is guaranteed to be free of hereditary hip or elbow dysplasia and progressive retinal atrophy eye disorder. This guarantee is effective for two years from its birth date which was _______________.
If a hip or elbow disorder appears, it must be confirmed by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) with digital images of x-rays sent to us. For eye problems an ophthalmic exam report from a CERF certified veterinarian must be submitted. If any of these issues are confirmed to be more than borderline problems, a replacement puppy will be provided or the purchase price refunded.
This puppy is sold on a non-breeding contract and is to be spayed/neutered between 3 and 7 months of age. If this dog is used for breeding without our clearance, this contract will be null and void. Breeding of this dog without clearance from us is a breach of legal contract and will result in a fine of up to $600 per puppy.
